Bill Parkhill

Bill Parkhill

Bill brings decades of real estate development experience, planning vision, and a deep commitment to family clarity to Pass-Ages. With more than forty years in design, development, and financing, his work has centered on urban infill projects throughout the Denver metro area and the thoughtful management of complex partnerships and assets. Bill’s personal experience organizing his own estate to better inform and support his family helped inspire the creation of Pass-Ages, grounded in the belief that clarity is one of the most meaningful gifts we can leave behind.

Kelly Eckhoff

Kelly Eckhoff

Kelly brings financial clarity, practical steadiness, and extraordinary emotional intelligence to Pass-Ages. For more than twenty-five years, she has supported small businesses across Colorado through accounting, human resources, business management, and trusted operational guidance, building relationships known for precision, discretion, and care. Having walked closely through sudden loss and family transition in her own life, she understands how deeply families need calm, capable support when important details, decisions, and responsibilities begin to surface. Kelly leads with quiet confidence, sharp discernment, and a rare ability to make complex moving parts feel steady, organized, and deeply cared for.

Amanda Adams

Amanda Adams

Amanda brings heart, humor, and a talent for finding the thread through complex details to Pass-Ages. With a background in operations, project leadership, communication, and complex systems, she has spent much of her career helping people turn “where do we even begin?” into clear next steps. Her work is also shaped by lived experience with loss, family transition, and the quiet truth that a family’s most important details are not always found in one place — they live in records, relationships, memories, trusted advisors, and the people who have carried them over time. At Pass-Ages, Amanda helps families bring those pieces together with clarity, compassion, and care — so what matters most is easier to find, understand, and carry forward.

Our Approach

Trust

Earned through discretion, follow-through, and consistency.

Discretion

Private by default. Always handled with care.

Clarity

What's known, organized so the right people can find it.

Care

A person beside the family, not just a process.

A quiet introduction is welcome.
